Hapag-Lloyd Container ship
along with the "horse crane" it would be a dream to have an HO scale model of one of these. you can see that it is filled with 40 foot cans.. i think 10-12 wide (maybe some 20 footers on that one too) 7-8 high and 7-8 wide. the cans on the kitchen table are about 1"x1"x"6" so what does that equate to? i don't know 1'x1'x6' or so for a fully loaded ship!?!

i was overjoyed finding the "matching" Hapag-LLoyd containers, though that is what they are all about.. matching the real thing. they have all sorts of matching stuff in the toy train store.
