the clear trapezoidal one i am a little
proud of.. the club won that in reno. i remember being a mover and a shaker making sure ppl got on board at the lower class level. on the top level, we had GM walter browne amoung others, but the calculation of superiority was based on all levels.. i think they only accepted just so many at each level and the thing about the GM level is that those scores tend to be lower because they take more draws. therefore, i knew it was important that ppl i knew were going to do well at the lower levels were signed up.
it was a tough race.. i don't remember exactly how it broke down, but i remember that the sacramento club came in second. their B player got a perfect score. hence, i think my role in winning that trophy was important
