Shawano County Park (on the lake)
meant for lara and i to go swimming there.. oh well... maybe next time...
when i was 5 years old i lived i think it must
be that
north shore drive that runs right along the lake. the ppl next door were named Heinz like the ketchup. we had a little peer about 50 yards long i guess with a little bench you could still jump in the water there i think it was about 3.5 feet deep right there maybe.. we could walk along the lake to the park to get ice cream.
it seems like our cottage was right by this North Shore Lane and i thought the golf course was right there i remember how that north beach boulevard would be the shortcut from gramma grace's Ribs (i get to that in another pic) the addresses i am finding on this shawano country site aren't interfacing with yahoo maps like i would like them to. this preliminary map:
