Double Manhole cover at Illinois and Tulare Pocket Park

This is the double and mechanically secured manhole access cover to the pressurized sewer line that ruptured under the Muwekma Ohlone Sanctuary at Islais Creek. Scuba divers entered the sewer line at this location in Susie's Garden.
