(that would be the woman to the left), they are feeding on the crate of vegtables.Fun and games at SPACE a fantastic warehouse in Oaktown full of fantastic folks, especially KELEK without whom these shows would never ever have come off. Stretch is a 16' foot hydraulic arm, i choose an audience member to operate it, in this particular show we set up a mechanical garden. All these palm leaves were swaying and branches spinning there was a trough of vegetables and towers of fire plumed up. The arm got to feed on and incinerate this garden. It took like 8 volunteers to operate the whole shebang. I dig gardens, the concept of them, life feeding on itself, wildfires replenishing the forest, death in winter-rebirth and life in the spring.
